Maine ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Maine Secretary of State requires that Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The annual report is due on or before June 1st of the year it was filed by the Secretary of State. The report must be filed every year in order to maintain good standing with the Maine Secretary of State. The Maine Secretary of State does offer online filing of the Annual Report.

Corporation	June 1st $85.00
Limited Liability Company	June 1st $85.00

Maine ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

If an annual report is not filed by June 1st, a late filing penalty will be assessed in addition to the regular filing fee. The late filing penalties are:

Corporations $50.00
Limited Liability Companies $50.00
